Meditation helps in many ways. It helps with stress, depression, loneliness, bereavement, anger issues, sleep problems and so much more.
The process we are teaching is so suitable for our present day and age because it is simple, enjoyable and very effective. Although such a simple process to practise, it is life-changing.
It is a door to another world – a world of love, harmony and a deeper happiness, a higher state of consciousness and perspective of the world around you.
It is non-sectarian and has been handed down through the ages as a gift of love to share with all. This is why there is never any charge for the classes. We will show you the different ways you can practise meditation and how it can suit your needs. A small amount of daily practise goes a long, long way.
