Namaste and welcome
Welcome to Meditation UK’s webpage.
Many people have been helped in a variety of ways by our classes whether it’s for mental or improved physical well-being or spiritual development. It helps with exam stress, concentration, relaxation, stress relief, various anxieties and much more. Although such a simple process to practise it is life-changing.
It is a door to another world – a world of love, harmony and a deeper happiness, a higher state of consciousness and perspective of the world around you. A world that brings you closer to your origins as well as to the universal OM, to the Supreme being.
It is non-sectarian and has been handed down through the ages as a gift of love to share with all. This is why there is never any charge for the classes. We will show you the different ways you can practise meditation and how it can suit your needs. A small amount of daily practise goes a long, long way.
We want to put up videos in the near future so you can also learn at home. Please let us know if you are interested so we can let you know. You may like to visit a website in the meantime which some good friends have created called – www.sif.yoga.com.
